About prayer times in Egypt

Egypt is listed here with 25 major cities, starting with Cairo. All cities use the Africa/Cairo time zone. Some or all of the country changes its clocks seasonally; the timetables follow the local clock automatically.

The Egyptian method sets fajr at 19.5°, isha at 17.5°. Standard Asr is the default; Asr begins when a shadow equals the object's length. Hanafi followers can switch to Hanafi Asr, which begins later. For the reasoning behind these choices see calculation methods compared and our methodology.
